What are your rates? Are your rates all-inclusive? Is there transportation available? Are there activities close by? Is there a security system? Is there a social program? Are guest allowed? Are pets allowed? Is smoking allowed at the hotel?  At what age may I become a resident? The Eugene Hotel is open to active, independent adults 58 years and older.
What are your rates? Our rates range from $1,025 to $2,500, depending on size.Read our rate chart and see example floor plans
Are your rates all-inclusive? Yes, our rates include many amenities and services to include all utilities except personal phone, transportation, weekly housekeeping, social calendar, dinners, Sunday brunch and much more! Read more about what's included in your rent
Is there transportation available? Yes, our rates include transportation. Our own Eugene Hotel van is available to take you to appointments and other errands. We also use it for outings scheduled on our social calendar. Because the Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, public bus service is also close by.
Are there activities close by? Yes, many! Our downtown location is close to The Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Campbell Senior Center, Learning in Retirement Center and the arts district. There is much to see in walking distance or use the hotel's free transportation service. Learn more about the area
Is there a security system? Yes. Our security measures include a monitored single entrance with a secure entry system which can be monitored from every apartment, an emergency call system and 24-hour staffing.
Is there a social program? Yes. Listen to a piano concert, try swing dance lessons, join the book club or enjoy a day out on the town. It's all in our social program! Read more about the hotel social program
Are guest allowed? Yes. We have guest rooms that act as an extension of your home for your guests. You can make reservations for your guests and even have them join you for dinner or Sunday brunch.
Are pets allowed? Yes. The hotel allows pets (except dogs) to be considered for residence. Please contact us should you wish to have your pet live with you.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel? No. The Eugene Hotel maintains a no smoking policy in the entire building, including balconies and patios. Benches and a receptacle are provided in front of the hotel for smokers' use.
